Resolve to be a master of change rather than a victim of change."

CORE means central and is an acronym for Consciousness of Reality Evolving. This charges our leadership with remembering we are spiritual beings growing a spiritual community and embracing our own growth and evolution as we serve a growing community.
In order to support our community's growth and operations in a way consistent with the Global Heart Vision, we operate with a C.O.R.E. Council.
The C.O.R.E. Council is the final decision-making body for the community. It is supported by five different service groups, also called "Cores". They are:
-
is made up of two Co-Chairs, the Treasurer,
and the Secretary. The four offices
are selected by a vote from congregation
members. The Community Spiritual Leader
is an ex offciovoting member
of the C.O.R.E. Council.
-
(EC) is a liaison with ministries such
as Pastoral Care, Ministry of Prayer,
Educational Programs, Ministry of Youth
and Family, and supports the development
of community gatherings and other functions.
- (OC) supports
operational activities of the church,
including facilities, safety, and structural
remodels.
- is
charged with fiscal oversight and cultivation.
It is responsible for budgeting, financial
reporting, tracking, and our annual
Adventures in Prosperous Life Program.
-
receives visioning and co-creation input
from teams and individuals throughout
the community, and melds this into a
unified direction "a core vision" that
sets the course for our evolving pathway.
-
seeks out the most qualified candidates
for each elected position to be filled
on the Executive C.O.R.E. Council, the
Vision Core, and the Nominating Core.
Prior to our annual community meeting
at the end of June, the Nominating Core
prepares a biographical guide correlating
the qualities of the nominees with the
qualifications as stated in the Organizational
Design Model, and obtains the written
consent to serve of each nominee, as
well as an endorsement from our Community
Spiritual Leader prior to the community
election.
